  10. This is no joke. I was feeling bloated and played this as I napped, not only did it put me to sleep quickly but I slept like a baby and woke up rested with a flattened tummy.

The first big problem I have is drinking lots of water, the second one is doing any form of exercise ( I do make myself do some walking & cycling indoors) as I’m tired all the time, & I have health issues. Other than that I do eat healthy. Lots of fresh fruit, vegs, kefir, yogurt ,stevia for sweetening plain yogurt etc.(natural sugar from herbal leaf) and I make sure I eat enough protein,very little junk food, so here I am, always hopeful and open minded, hoping that my subconsciousness will override anything negative in my thinking.
