Examples Of Body Fat Percentages | BODY FAT % 101

Weight Loss Tip: Protein is a crucial part of your diet and many people don't consume enough. The best form of protein is lean, red meat, like steak. Chicken and pork are also good sources. Protein makes you feel full and aids the growth of muscle in your body, making it one of the most important nutrients to consume during any diet.

VIDEO SUMMARY

This video provides examples of individuals within the fitness industry who have done various body fat percentage tests and uploaded footage (evidence) to their channels. My goal with this video is to both show you guys confirmed, visual exampled of what different body fat % looks like, and to show you that this is NOT a perfect system. Some guys look SHREDDED yet they have higher test results than other individuals who may be lean, but are noticeably “fatter”. This is part 1 where I want to focus on specific visual examples to give you guys a reference point, and in part 2 I will explain how you can estimate YOUR body fat % and give you the criteria required. This will look at various ranges of body fat % and their correlating visual characteristics such as muscle separation, vascularity, abdominal visibility, etc.

  1. It must be frustrating to do so much research and still not be able to figure out that percentages are relative numbers.
Thank god youtube isn’t rocket science – good luck mate.

  2. Subcutaneous fat is what makes the difference in appearance, but maybe if they have some visceral fat, they’ll have a higher body fat percentage but look way more lean on the surface. Or should we assume they all have like no visceral fat?
