  2. hey bro nice video, wanted to ask whether to do these exercises regularly or should I do exercises for different parts of body on alternate days, I mean chest on monday, tuesday biceps triceps, and then squats on wed, or all the exercises on the same day and how many days a week do I need to that please help me with the routine of all exercises , thanks 🙂
