  1. Depends on how much sugars and carbs you ate. In any case, I don’t suppose that will even come close to burning a quarter of the intended target. It’s like a drop in of water in an ocean.

  2. Did you see to do this within 30 minutes of eating the cheat meal? That wouldn’t quite work dressed up in formal attire at a wedding especially since you are there well after the 30 minutes after eating. You did this in shorts outside. Not quite the same thing

  3. Google says the fat from a cheat day is water fat but that never tends to be my case cuz after I cheat the fat never goes away after a week. It leads me to go back to square one. I.e. a person weighs 160 after 2 months they fall to 150. They have a cheat day and t en next day go back to 160. And rather than 2 weeks later after going back on deficit they’d be down to 148. They stay at 160 having to restart everything. There’s not constant decreasage. Why D: this issue is one of the reasons I havnt lost body fat And if been trying for 2 years already v.v

  4. Going to do this during the holidays also besides eating out. But have to wait til I get back home after we eat out and after a holiday meal.
