  1. Hey man, I am 15 Male, 141, and my belly has started growing. I have small “man boobs” and a “beer stomach” and a I have fat pretty much no where else. I don’t know how many calories I consume every day so i don’t know what diet I should go on. I feel like crap working out but in the morning it feels good. got any exercises I could do and after school?

  3. 2 years ago i started working out… I was chubby before that. Then i got quite ripped & gained some muscles, i was so happy, i thought i don’t need to do it anymore and stopped after one and half year. Now after 6 months I’m chubby again. I’m going back to gym as soon as my exam ends.
