    say u need to do cardio too

    toning or building muscles?

    after that 

  5. My challenge is to gain weight…I eat a lot of protein because I have a
    fast metabolism and I do have a petit frame…but I struggle to gain muscle
    tone. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks for your videos!

  10. I has not been familiar with the “loli special plan” (Google it) until a
    good partner used it to shed plenty of extra body fat. It is certainly
    something you need to try.

  11. this is amazing… xhit is like the best. i love rebecca the most. whenever
    i feel exhausted during the exercise, she tells me to keep going or keep
    smiling, she really helps with the motivation.. and if you’re motivated,
    you can do it.

  12. I did not realize anything about this kind of weight loss plan, but only
    after a mate of mine applied it to shed 08 pounds. Right away, I did some
    research on Google about “sowo amazing plan” and I would suggest you do the
    same.

  13. day 1: did it at night along w the ab workout, in the morning weighed
    myself and I lost 1kg. I don’t know whether it’s the effect of the other
    exercises I did the past week or just this one, but I’ll keep trying.
