  1. I thought you were supposed to go 100% for each workout? It seems like you were really relaxed and that’s not the point of tabata you have to go all out

  5. first time im doing exercise, like since i started high school, i stopped doing any kind of exercise so i thought this would be helpful… did all the exercises twice… hopefully doing this everyday, i will get to make my physical condition better lol

Hi, Rebekah.  Thanks soooo much for the 4 minutes workouts.  I have done several workouts of your 4-min series.  My body fat has dropped 1% after 1 week and it keeps dropping.  And I’m able to put on the dress which was too tight.  It’s really amazing!!  I have a qustion for you.  What timer app do you use in this video?  Thank you.
