Burn Body Fat 2 Mile

Weight Loss Tip: In order to keep your weight loss on track, it is a good idea to keep track of your progress. Once you see that your efforts are paying off in the ways you were hoping, you will be more likely to stick with what is working. Also, change things up so that you do not run the risk of getting bored.




  1. Another vote for 2-mile walks! I don’t always have time or stamina for
    three, and one isn’t quite enough. Two is perfect! Please consider more of
    these? (Your YouTube walks work much better for me than the DVDs, which
    always play at too low a volume.)

  3. Leslie’s upper body is lovely. No over muscular shoulders, no baseball
    biceps, veins popping out or straition . Yuck. Just strong , slender ,
    ladylike and elegant.

  5. Does anyone know what kind of hand weights Leslie is using? Sometimes she
    uses them on her wrists and other times in her hands. Very easy transition.

  6. I just tried it today and I really enjoyed it. This workout was easy on my
    body and I learned how to use my hand weights while walking. Very useful
    when walking outside. I am going to try others that I see.
