Do not do this work out or any other intense workout every day. Only do it 2-to-4 times per week to start with working your way up to 3-to-5 times per week.
Here is a basic outline of this work out here:
1. Run 20 Seconds
2. Rest 10 Seconds
3. Jumping Jacks 20 Seconds
4. Rest 10 Seconds
5. Ski Steps 20 Seconds
6. Rest 10 Seconds
7. Push-Up & Jump 20 Seconds
8. Rest 10 Seconds
9. Repeat 1-thru-7
10. Rest 1 minute
11. Repeat 1-thru-10 1-to-3 more time
As you can see from the above 11 steps you do not have to do jumping jacks, running, ski steps or push-ups you can plug in any exercise of your own. If you are able you can use a treadmill, bike, sledgehammer and do those things with an all-out intensity for 20 seconds.
