Body Fat % Testing: BioElectrical Impedance Method

  1. i have 1 horrible scale it says im 39%bf at 77kg 170lbs funny thing is i could see some abs at 70kg which is impossible at 32% i was scared.lol

  4. Those things are junk. Most of the time, it can’t detect anything but when it does, 4-5%.

  5. I think this is accurate. I think the reason that you look more like 7-8% is because of water in the skin. It would make sense if you take something like creatine for that to happen. The machine will also give a lower reading if you are extra hydrated and a higher reading if you are dehydrated.
