    where NEAR 3% body fat.. More like 10

  3. Ignore any badly spelled posts from a retard named 999pa911, he’s a gay
    stalker who is upset that he couldnt trick me! I trolled him for weeks
    making him believe i was going to meet him at the trocadero. 3 times he
    tried after i gave him a number saying it was mine and he rang it (it was a
    chinese take away!!). He even spent Christmas day alone posting about it
    haha. I made him say “is that number 32”, battered chicken, like him! He
    got beat by a 15 year old boy at the trocadero! Sad really!

  5. Hello everyone. Superb movie. My cousin used to be a fatty. He went from
    293 lbs of fat into 204 lbs of full-strength muscle mass. I couldn’t

  6. Lets see how the 4% body fat person is doing after a week in a survival
    situation with no food… They will end up on the day 8 menu in an Andes
    plane wreck! lol Whenever I go below 10% I feel weak and it’s hard to
    maintain body temperature.

  10. Actually the male body can get to 3% body fat and still be completely
    healthy.

  11. There’s healthy & healthier. It’s possible in some cases for a male to
    maintain all body functions while at 3% body fat, but not all body
    functions are likely to be at optimal levels if it’s maintained for a long
    period of time, & the risks for negative side effects increase dramatically
    the longer it’s maintained. A male going down to 3% is not what any MD
    would say is a healthy goal. A male with 30% body fat could be considered
    healthy as well, but complications can develop with both extremes.

  13. I was a skinny kid. Skinny adult too. Skinny all my life. So I tried to
    build muscle in the gym. Well, when I got tested in the Bod Pod, my body
    fat percentage was almost 25%. WTF??? After all of that hard training and
    watching what I ate, I was considered “fat” although I don’t look fat at
    all. I’m still pretty lean and trying to build more muscle, but my test
    results scare me away from increasing my calories to build muscle. Trying
    to build muscle without putting on fat, is hard.

  14. Wow. Amazing film. My brother was formerly a fatty. He went from 285 lbs of
    pure fat to 203 lbs of absolute muscle. We thought it was awesome! I just
    registered myself because I’m planning to get big muscle mass. He made use

  15. Stick to the old time scales for measuring your weight and use caliphers
    for body fat percentages. Works for me every time.

  16. May want to get a DEXA scan to compare. Just on appearance I would estimate
    you at around the 11-13% BF. Bit hard to tell as the video doesn’t really
    show your body overall that well. Alot of reports are coming in that the
    Bod Pod underestimates BF % by quite a lot.
