  4. I really need to lose belly fat because in 3 weeks I’m leaving for the beach and I’ll need to wear a bikini. Don’t want my belly hanging out lol.
    I’ll try these exercises tomorrow morning.

    Lost some weight with the abs exercises, some jogging and less food, but i still got a long way. :/
