  1. except that working out makes people hungry…so most eat more of what they usually eat. Losing weight (getting your eating habits corrected) and getting fit (lifting weights) should be done separately in the absence of a chef or personal trainer.

Ugh this is hard because Im a girl and I don’t want to have big muscle because I don’t wanna look like a guy and this is like lifting weights and that builds a lot of muscle im fine with some muscle but not a lot like im not really fat sorry but not really skinny either and for summer with is like 1 month away I wanna get fit but Ik that won’t happen in one month but I’ve been looking up some things and if your a girl like me and don’t want a lot of muscle there is ballet work out and it’s actually pretty good so I’ve been doing that and it’s working pretty good
