  1. can I do this routine 3 times a week, but 3 straight days? do I have to
    intercalate? if I do, intercalate with what?

    hiit work out

  3. When the first workout is a burpee (and some weird one at that) you begin
    to question whether or not you can do this workout…

  5. I’m not fat at all it’s just I have little fat belly how should I get rid
    of it ? By doing this workouts or just abs workout exercise will help ?

  6. I am not overweight , 5′ 4”, 125lbs and I can only get through 4 mins
    before I feel like I can’t breathe and I am going to collapse. What is
    wrong with me?
