  6. My job takes me out of town at least 5 days a week. The only times I get to workout is Friday,Saturday,Sunday with push-ups in between. Can you recommend an easy meal prep for the week, my truck has a refrigerator in it so keeping the meals cold isn’t a problem, but time is as I don’t want to take time away from the family. I need meals I can heat up at a truck stop or convenience store microwave. Any help would be greatly appreciated RJ !!

  10. You do know, most nutrition labels are for raw food, right? 4 oz of raw chicken makes about 3.2 oz cooked. The 4 oz serving size is based on it’s raw weight tho. Any take on this?

  13. New subscriber .. Couple things Id change is buy a food processor and shred up those brussel sprouts they taste way better and Id cook that flank steak to med rare . I definately have alot to learn and look forward to watching more of your content .
