  6. How much weight had you lost at the 2:41 mark? I know it said 40 pounds but it seems like to go from size 16 to 6 would be alot more weight loss??? Ps-you look great!

  7. I’m the heaviest I’ve been 153 pounds and I’m 5’7”ish, it’s not very heavy for my height but I’m on the edge, and I’m slowly getting heavier. I can gain muscle easily but I’d love to burn fat to make me feel better about myself, and show off the muscle I’ve been working hard on. You’ve inspired me to try harder to just be *healthy*. I just want to lose some fat, I’m at a skinny fat body rn, more fat than muscle, any tips on losing fat mass?
