  1. Excersise is the key to loosing weight, but really these products will be your best friend along with the bathroom, doing number one and two will really have you loosing weight. I think this is a really good remedy because I use a lot of these and it definitely will have you going for sure.

  3. Wait wait wait …. what happened to “Single Night”? Now the video says “one week”. Sounds like fake video to me. Oh, and now I hear the word EXERCISE. That’s it …. clicking off.

  4. How much of it do you drink? Do you drink it all every night or do you mix it all up and drink a little every night?

Every day I drink 1.5 litres of water, and 1.5 litres of cold pressed black green tea, I eat fruit for breakfast, 1 small.sandwich with wholegrain bread and a slice of cake for pudding, and in the evening a healthy cooked meal, I’ve gone from 26 stone to 16 stone in 1.5 years.. 10 stone!! I still have 6 stone left to loose to be in my healthy zone.. but that won’t take long.. drink water is my advice the weight falls off you.
