  1. OMG! I did this workout for the first time today but somehow managed to keep up with the harder versions of each move all the way! I can’t believe it!!!

This may be a stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyway.  You suggest not doing HIIT workouts more than 3-4 times per week, so I am trying to stick to that.  However, are all your workouts labeled HIIT if they are HIIT??  This workout isn’t labeled HIIT, but the format seems like a HIIT to me.  Am I missing the real definition of HIIT, or how can I be sure to pick the right workouts on my days off of HIIT?  I hope that makes sense.  I want to get the most bang for my buck each time I workout, considering I have limited time to workout.  I also don’t want to overdo it or injure myself.  Thanks for all your great videos and advice.  They really help me manage life and staying active and healthier.

  5. I was listening to The Middle by Jimmy Eat World while doing this and the line ‘just do your best, do everything you can’ came up and that gave me the boost I needed lol
