Adrenal Body Type, Cortisol & Belly Fat!

Weight Loss Tip: Make sure to add foods rich in choline to your nutritional, pregnancy diet, in order to boost fetal brain development. When you are pregnant, your reserve of choline is used up quickly, so it is especially important to include eggs in your daily nutrition routine. It is important to prepare the whole egg because the choline is found in the yolk.

  1. I watch a lot of Dr. Burg’s video’s, And after watching I usually read comments, some times I comment as well, as I was reading the comments one stuck out, it was about how many dislikes there were and how they must be from pharmaceutical company’s. So I scroll up to check and notice that my dislike has been activated. Some thing I did not do and would never do! Then trying to click it off, and wouldn’t budge for ages, does anyone know if its possible for outsiders to do that?

  2. Very informative video. There’s a possibility I might have developed some stress watching this ha

  3. +eric berg WOW. I checked out your 4 body types and recognized the shape of me being the adrenal type. I’m shocked in how you nailed me down in how I act, behave, and what health issues I experience. I am truly shocked.
One thing you did not mention is that I hold in frustrations for a long time and then I yell and blow up. Then I’m good for four to six months till the bucket overflows and I blow up again. Husband of 21 years is passive-agressive and drives me crazy, but I have learned the one thing that works – ignoring him…till I blow up.
He lays down and goes to sleep while I suffer with insomnia and can’t shut my mind off and being told that going to sleep is easy if I really wanted to. I’m a workaholic and perfectionist and nothing I do is good enough for me. I’m also my own worst boss with an extreme sef-drive. Plus I am everything else you described. Can’t get rid of my belly while all other body parts are skinny and I got no butt.

  4. i have adrenal symptoms , i was wondering as im starting to workout , can i lift weight?

  5. oh yeah the passive-aggressive the covert narcissist where you don’t even know they’re out to get you. sometimes they harbor great feelings of envy and jealousy. always they do

  6. sounds like my mother. the girls at the office have shoes like that but nicer than yours of course. of course.

  7. man! this is amazing,, I have always wandered what happened to my but? This is mind blowing!!! Years ago I knew a guy from church he was a doctor, he said he changed his specialty when he started to see the problems in health care, The doctor said his conscience bothered him. Modern medicine is all about pushin drugs and making money!

  8. Wow! Thank you, Dr. Berg! I have learned so much about myself through your Adrenal video. And, the part about the water consumption, that question has always been in the back of my mind because the 8 glasses or more never ever made sense to me, seriously. Now, I know why. Because “you should only drink when you are thirsty!” Duhhh! Thank you so much, Dr. Berg for all you do!

  9. I can vouch for the water thing. I drink 2 L between 9-5 at work. Been doing this for about a year now and I never used to be dehydrated the way I am now. I started only drinking water when I’m thirsty which ends up being about 4-5 cups a day depending on what I’m doing.
