  1. TODAY – i found this in YouTube and I thought why not do it cause I’m fat
    47kg 12 years old and 10 minute has pass , my belly starter to burn and I
    was like wow this really work out but… I’m starting to feel dizzy xD

  2. i’ve been doing this for 2 weeks with 15 min cardio (or dancing) and eating
    clean and i can see a very good result !! thanks:)

  3. Cardio first before doing this? Or whichever done first?
    Do I have to eat before doing the exercise?
    And whats the best time to do this, Morning, Afternoon or Evening?

  4. Guys I’m going to actually keep an update I’m going to be doing this once a
    day remind me to keep updating if I forget

    Current weight -113
    Height-5′ 3″

    Day 1- the workouts were a bit tough toward the end, I felt my abdomen
    becoming really tense. No changes since it has been the first day. I took
    one break after the butter fly kicks but everything else was well, I’m not
    going to change my diet since I know others can’t and they want to know if
    it works without a diet change, but I will drink an extra glass of water a
    day. Please reply so I remember I really want to keep you guys updated
    since I know people need encouragement and determination.

  5. i did “the roll” for about 4 weeks 2 times a day (and skipped a few days)
    and i saw lots of results

  6. My 1 week workout Log

    Day 1 completed. I think my legs suffered more than my abs. But steady
    progress. Now time for arms.
    UPDATE: Just tried this exercise again, much easier this time around. I ate
    two bag of chips and a yogurt, so maybe not the best meals, but more
    effective workout this time around.

    Day 2- Just completed my morning workout. I woke up SUPER sore, apparently
    micro tears in the muscles means that the exercise was effective. Trying to
    eat relatively clean today. Will try this again tonight. Focusing entirely
    on my stomach.

  7. Just did this for the first time, and maaaaan, do I feel my abs… It’s
    nice to have someone talking throughout the workout! Keep it up!!

  8. I don’t know about feeling the burn, but there’s certainly cramps in my
    lower abdom and lower back when i do the workout. I must admit it’s getting
    a little easier each time i do it, but the butterfly kicks are extremely
    difficult for me. I am doing the Xhit warm up every day before i work
    out… idk, maybe i’m weird lol
