  1. Does anyone have tips for the side plank toe touch? I have never been able to do a side plank and it frustrates me haha

  5. I made it through but I took 3 five minute breaks. My goal is to make it all the way through without such breaks by this time next month. Commenting so I remember.

  6. Wow! this is something else. I had hope I could finish this entire workout until the Side Plank with Leg Kick… that’s when I could not continue anymore. This workout is no joke.

  7. this is my favourite fitness blender workout. Always break a sweat, but still easy to stick to.

  8. Didn’t find this one as hard as the 45 minute HIIT, anyone else like me and finds tabata easier? It was a good full workout and a good change though.

  11. This is my favorite video! i cheat and take more breaks than i should, but this video is so tough!…even tho i take breaks i am still seeing results. If i didn’t take breaks i can only imagine how fit i would look.. haha… i sit for 8 hours at work 5 times a week and this helps me not become super unhealthy.. so thank you for improving my life<3 i hope that eventually i won't have to take any extra breaks.

  12. I can’t do those side planks with leg kicks without hurting both my arm and my leg, what should I do about that?
