  1. I have done 3days, took a Sunday break.. Today is my 4th day…I feel very tired doing my 4th exercise… It becomes even tiring for the fifth one…..

  2. I completed 6th day… Leg circle, leg lift are very much a challenge… Also squat after that…

  6. My 9th day is complete.. My man supervised me and then I realized that I have to change the way am doing this… I hope these exercises do not ruin my present status… Leg lifts are biggest challenge ever… I feel hopeless…
