  1. 4:53 1-2 Pounds are reasonable, but only 10% in 6 Months? I weigh 134 Pounds, that would mean ~2 Pounds per month, i.e. only half a pound per week.
    It is intended to be so little or wasn’t this thought through?

  5. smaller plate doesn’t help at all, my mind can see the small plates won’t satisfy it. so It end up Binge eating.
