  1. HOLY CRAP!! Christine, you never disappoint! This one seriously did me in. I love it! Thank you for being so real.

  2. Can you do a full body workout for skinny girls trying to gain weight and muscles without equipment please?

  3. I started working out 4 weeks ago … I will try this workout the first time in 3 – 6 months. bye 😛

  4. You are very pretty Christine… and you have a talent to explain the work out while excercising it yourself.. I mean… its simple… soft and effective… Thanks. I am following your workouts and I feel great. I

  5. Just don’t forget the fact that you need to do regular exercising before you try this one out. I did this one after not working out for two weeks and I really struggled. its best to ease yourself into a routine and then when you feel like you’ve beaten your old routine then try and push yourself!

  6. holy moly that was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done. Thanks Christine! You’re the best instructor out there!

  7. Of all of the many talented trainers’ work, Christine’s recordings are still the best. Such a straight-forward, no-nonsense delivery throughout the workouts, and that presence of both authority and pleasantness, makes these really likable and endurable. She really does GymRa justice 🙂
