  9. Should I still have a protein shake post workout if it is just before bed? I’m I trying to loose weight and slim down but are concerned eating just before bed may bulk me up?

  10. Someone here says Rebecca’s body is her personal goal. In this videos (that I do) I don’t want to look like that. She looks too slim with no curves, like a boy. Luckily, she has changed since 2013 and looks much better now I think.
