  4. Love your videos Sadie. I do them about once a week, because I spend most of my time doing martial arts. The other workouts I do are pretty intense, so this is more so to keep my body healthy and relieve stiffness.
    However, I have struggled to lose weight since becoming a mom. I am 5’7″ and I weigh just over 156. I seem to be stuck here. I’ve been trying to determine if I perhaps need to go back to a vegetarian diet (or at least a more similar diet as to what I had back when I was a vegetarian), or maybe if I did these exercises more frequently, that may help me lose weight?
    How often would you recommend I do this?
    And do you have any suggestions for my diet?

    It definitely has not been as easy as it was back before I had a kid.
