    food/diet plan or should I eat normally for it to be effective?

  2. today’s day 3 of me doing this and so far I think this is working bt it’s
    really important to remember that just working out won’t help you also have
    to eat healthy and drink lots of water

    following this plan- I’ve lost about 10 lbs (was hoping for more) but I
    really feel good – cutting out breads and curbs is what I needed to do. The
    recipes are so easy and its all the food I love to eat anyway. I just
    needed a reminder how and what to eat-I really think this is not a 3 week
    diet but a diet you can follow for life- I am not hungry at all and the

  6. I never had any abs before, and the workout my husband’s been doing is way
    too hard to just jump right in. I saw this workout and it seemed very
    simple so I tried and …..Wowww! It’s really amazing, all the moves I
    thought it was easy, turns out I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. It
    really focuses on the core. I could do sit-up 50 times a day and couldn’t
    feel this much sore. And the best part is, after finishing workout it
    doesn’t leave that much of a soreness like other workouts but i can feel
    some muscles develop under my belly after a week. Tho I’m also eating less
    carbs,following a healthier diet and run for 15 minutes a day FYI so that
