    Exercise every day.

    Yep that’s it. No diets. no management of food. That’s what me and my dad did and we lost a lot of weight.
    Plus it’s more EXPENSIVE and TIME WASTING to manage what you eat. Don’t listen to these videos…..

  5. It really is not hard to burn off an egg. Besides, eggs are very good for you. They fill you with energy and are a good source of morning protein. Only about 70 cals!

  6. Okay, no, no, no. Loading up your plate to be 50% carbohydrates is ridiculous. Carbohydrates turn into sugar in the body. If you want to lose weight, you should be *reducing* your carbohydrate intake. Following the food pyramid doesn’t work. Following the government program for balanced eating doesn’t work.

    If you’re going to eat carbohydrates such as cold cereal, bread, etc., then you need to do it in your first meal of the day so you have all day to burn it off. You especially don’t want to go overboard with them. Make your meals progressively smaller for the rest of the day if you’re eating three or more times a day. You don’t want to go to sleep with a stomach full of starches and grains. Vegetables, healthy fats, and proteins with the occasional fibrous fruits are going to be your best route.

    Most importantly: *Eat only when you’re hungry.* Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are a social custom. It’s not how we evolved.
