  4. This lemming doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about, sugar isn’t converted into fat easily, it’s not the bread and the pasta that’s making you fat, it’s the burgers you eat along with it, fat is automaticly stored as fat, carbs need to go thru conversion into fat in the liver, and that only happens if you eat an astronomical amount of carbs (which realisticly nobody does), carbs in excess are stored in the liver and in the muscles, only after you completely saturate your muscles and liver they are stored as fat via de novo lipogenesis, which is a minor pathway to fat store because in order to activate it you need to eat again an inhuman amount of carbs nobody eats. Take a look at vegans, they mostly eat carbs and how many obese vegans do you see walking around? Burger-eating americans get fat eating fat and then blame carbs lol, pathetic. And this guy is a doctor?

However with long term dangerous side effects like poor memory and concentration with each dosage I am glad I can stop whatever concoction was prescribed all respect due to psychiatrists who are humans too just not who I needed it seems. What with the progressive memory deterioration. Which has improved since I started eating healthier and stopped them and my forced focus to regain my memory and focus. I am only, 42 years old..
