  1. The comments are funny!! I read that this works. Just looking at her do the
    moves effortlessly reminds me of where I wanna be. I have to get rid of
    this mommy pouch, so I will be doing this!! 10 minutes of 30-second ab
    exercises is something I can definitely commit to twice a day.

  3. It’s a good thing the title doesn’t say “for beginners”. This is a
    challenge for sure. Thanks for the video! It’s best to focus on your form
    and technique of an exercise than doing as many as you can. Doing 100
    crunches doesn’t mean anything if you aren’t doing them correctly.

    point of it is to inspire you to get to her level. The point of the workout
    is to simply lose weight and gain more muscle mass. If it burns then you’re
    doing it right, but if you over do it then you won’t get the same effects.
    it’s called a ten minute workout because you need to push yourself into
    actually doing as much as you can within those ten minutes. complaining
    will get you nowhere. Pushing yourself with get you somewhere. now stop
    complaining and admire how strong this girl is and how she’s trying to show
    you how she got to her point. Anyone can do it, you just need to try
    harder.

  5. lately I’ve gained lots of weight which I’ve always struggled to do. Due to
    me going to through depression for a while and I would just eat junk food
    and go back to bed then school I would eat unhealthy and never participate
    in activities during PE, although I am the type to loose weight easily I
    still gained lots. Now I am getting better and want to get back in shape. I
    will be trying this for 30 days, comment if you want me to update you from
