  1. Am i supposed to do all 3 parts or just one per day? Please answer, keep the awesome videos guys! many thanks!

  2. I’m on day 2 of the 30 day to get in shape routine and I love it! I’m trying to lose the extra 20 pounds I gained while I was pregnant, I haven’t lost any yet but I feel so much better already! I love the workouts, they’re short enough that I can do them when my daughter is sleeping but long enough that I feel the burn and get sweating! Thank you so much!

  3. Awesome video! Just starting out in this YouTube game, would love for you to check out my page & drop a comment letting me know what you think!

  4. HASfit team, I slipped a disc in my back in 2015 while working out at the gym. I have a lot of weight to lose, I have lost 20lbs this past month through eating alone but would like to know if this would be ok to start off with? I need to do exercise to feel how I used to feel at the gym
