  1. I can say the first part works. I did it for a week and tummy was flat. I will admit im already a skinny guy but wanted to lose this little small piece of belly and all i did was jog in place everyday for ten min and do those leg up situp moves and by the emd of the mext week it was gone. Now i should mention during that week i changed my diet, ate only small amount of grown turkey meat, another day just sandwiches, another day salad, cheated and had pasta one day but i also play Tennis and inherited a natural high metabolism so i dont gain weight from eating at all but for most people u have to realize ur diet has alot to do with it so dedicate a week doing this and eating healthy
