  1. Awesome workout for when my legs are dying! Just started working out and
    running and my legs really hurt for days after (even going up and down
    stairs hurts. This gives me something to do for a couple of days while they
    recover!

  2. I love this video and really got my waist tight and thinner– when I kept
    doing it for a week. I would still like to know how many sets a day is
    suggested?
