  5. +eunike veve Eat clean… that’s is all .. drink plenty of water every day. veggies . fresh foods . fruits and vegetables. Kale. drinks … smoothies . proteins and 30 min exercise 3 times a week. or 4 don’t over do it . REST . and make it a lifestyle… to keep the weight off. eat low carbs and whole foods. whole wheat. etc. . .

  6. I’ve been doing this but I have this issue where I get extremely dizzy from laying my head on the mat facing the ceiling. Am I lacking water? Protein?
