#1 Top Food To Burn Belly Fat Tip

Weight Loss Tip: You will be more successful with weight loss if you find a type of exercise that you enjoy. You are more likely to exercise if you are having fun. You can participate in a favorite sport, or become interested in a new one. If you have physical issues that keep you from performing some sports then try a walking program. It is simple and cheap to do.

Find Your Body Type:

Yes, protein is the key in fat burning due to the fat it triggers both growth hormones and glucagon – both major fat burning hormones.

However, it’s important to know 3 things:
1. The protein must not be in excess.
2. The protein must be quality – not soy protein isolate.
3. You must add lots of vegetables to flush out the excess waste from the fat burning.

  1. I like my veggies but 7 cups, do you mean at 1 meal? I don’t want to look like a crack-head! lol

  2. 10 oz protein per meal ? How does that even work ? That’s an impossible amount of food. Even the recommended amount in the video (3-6 oz) is too much. Or is that for 1 meal per day ?

  3. Dr Berg i have been following you for about two weeks now i love you so much thank you

  4. its true i was wondering why people look so old when they lose weight. lol hahahahahaa

  5. balance in everithing- in 2011 I went on high protein diet, and woke up one morning, with RA- believe it or not

  6. I love this doctor. Why didn’t I find him online so much earlier than the last 3 weeks. – Better late than never.

  7. Do you have a list of the best vegetables to eat and still be in ketosis if I eat 7 to 10 cups a day of vegetables! I know the fiber is high, but I find it hard to believe I can stay under 20 net carbs and eat 7 to 10 cups of vegetables. Thank you

  8. how can i combine this information with intermittent fasting? I’m eating one meal per day and you are saying that should not exceed 6oz per meal, so I should just consume 6oz per day? Or if I eat enough veggie then I can eat more protein in one meal? Thank you.

  9. From the comment section I’ve learned……. Apparently more vegan’s than I thought are over weight. Which makes me absolutely dumbfounded. Since i’m constantly being reminded by a lot of them, that it is the healthiest way of life.

  10. I am sure you didn’t meant it this way but the way you say “excess protein is wasted as ammonia or uric acid” is a bit misleading.. Let’s not forget about the gluconeogenesis, which is the reason we can not have too much protein on keto – a lot of it will get converted into glucose and sadly not just wasted… This is why too much protein will kick you out of ketosis.

  11. This video has good advice, but I am not sure about the best diet plan that I need to use, only because I have never used any. Anybody tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I’ve heard many people talk about unbelivable things about Fenoboci Diet Plan.

  12. Has anyone tried Fenoboci Diet Plan? (just google it) We’ve noticed numerous amazing things about this popular fat burn method.

  13. Thought I saw a crack head yesterday. Turned out he was just losing weight the wrong way. Lmao
