  1. I am a 53 year old, ex college athlete, with severe osteoarthritis in both knees. There are very few exercises I can do that do not aggravate my knees. I put a cushioned floor down and with Leslie, I can get that exercise high without hurting my knees. I feel like I have myself back, if that makes sense.
